Welcome to our island paradise. Okinawa, Japan. We like it here. We think we'll stay a while.

 Work keeps both of us very busy. Karin received the well deserved 2003 Teacher of the Year award for Okinawa. In 2006 she moved to Killin Elementary School to fill the reading specialist possition.
Gary retired from the Air Force in Jan '05 after working for 22 for AFN (American Forces Network). He keeps very busy working on the new radio/TV production facility he built and the 18th-Services website on Kadena AB. He tries to fit time in for his art, and taking care of our reef tank & the house. We dive when we can.

 We keep our Community Theater skills sharp with the local group, Pacific Okinawa Players. Karin acts or helps direct when she can while Gary still does lights, sound and the POPs website.
