For spring break 2008, we spent 1 week in the capital of the Federated States of Micronesia, Pohnpei. It was the perfect vacation paradise. Our spirits weren't even "dampened" by the multiple rainshowers that occurred daily. Pohnpei is the second wettest place in the world after Kaua'i in Hawaii. We experienced some of the healthiest coral reefs on the planet, amazing underwater creatures both large & small, great food, and some great new friends. All of this combined with the opportunity to rest & relax away from our everyday woes made this one of our most enjoyable trips!
